Is your web site secure?
Yes. Our shopping cart system is fully secure, and we also protect your credit card information after we receive it.
Many sites store their customers' credit card information on the Internet, where it is vulnerable
to hackers. So while your information may be protected as it is being sent to the web site, it
is not fully protected afterwards. This later stage is where major security problems occur,
because it is easier to break into a large database and steal thousands of credit cards than to
intercept individual orders and steal one credit card at a time. Most cases of credit cards
stolen from a web site that you hear about in the news is from people breaking into a company's
database. We do not store our customers' credit card information on the Internet.

Do you charge taxes?
We charge a state sales tax for orders shipping to the states of FL & NC. All other orders are
not subject to sales taxes at this time.

What are your shipping rates?
Our shipping rates are actual UPS or USPS rates + a small handling charge. In most cases you will
be shown the exact shipping rates on your order, you will be charged these exact rates. If you
are not shown shipping rates at the time you place your order, we will contact you with the
shipping prior to processing your order.

It is our company policy not to share or sell customer information with any Third Party.

products and services. Customers always reserve the right to remove their email address from our

What is the cut-off time for order processing?
Orders placed prior to 12pm EST Mon.-Fri. will be shipped the same day for in-stock items. If your
item is not in stock you will be notified of the estimated ship date.
